Business Development Industrial Account Manager

Description

  • Permanent position for an Business Development Manager to grow the market segment from the existing aerospace and defense business.
  • Manage customer relationships and develop existing and new business.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and internal teams to deliver custom solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and programs to expand company’s market to industrial segments.
  • Manage and grow existing industrial customer accounts to increase revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • Assist in growing sales within the existing aerospace and defense markets.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

  • BS Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in industrial or aerospace / defense market development.
  • Experience in working with OEMs and technical teams.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of government or defense contracting environments.
