Description
Permanent position for a Construction Project Manager responsible for mechanical on-site construction projects.
Prepare the project game plan for purchasing, prefabrication, material handling, labor manning and scheduling.
Work with general contractors or direct with owners.
Establish and maintain job site organization.
Coordinate projects to assure compliance with contracts and building codes.
Project management for modification of existing buildings or new facilities.
Ensure project objectives are met, and the customer’s expectations are satisfied.
Requirements
BS Civil Engineering, Construction Management of Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years experience with commercial construction management.
Experience with HVAC and MEP system projects.
Experience with virtual design and BIM.
Experience with computerized cost estimation for projects.
