Permanent position for a Senior Manager of Engineering & Construction.
Provide high level technical leadership to ensure the effective coordination and integration of multi-discipline engineering and construction processes.
Focus on all aspects of facility engineering and construction across company properties.
Lead project teams on large-scale complex projects, from design and construction through completion.
Develop and issue bid packages including front end, specifications and design drawings.
Perform construction management.
Interact with site and venue operating personnel and lease holders.
Manage contractors and vendors.
Manage architects and engineering consultants.
Interact with regulatory agencies, including the NJDEP, NJDCA, EPA Sewer Authorities.
Manage site remediation activities.
Requirements
BS in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Structural or Electrical Engineering.
NJ PE license is REQUIRED.
Minimum of 8 years of experience with the following: Project management.
Working with the NJDEP and EPA.
Regulatory experience with NJDCA, NJDEP & PEOSH.
Working knowledge of building codes and infrastructure standards.
Strong communications skills.
NJ residency is required (within one year of employment).
Experience with CAD and Bluebeam preferred; now migrating to REVIT.
