Permanent position for an Extrusion Technician (1st or 2nd shift) to operate extruder lines and ancillary equipment associated with cable manufacturing.
Verify product and process quality.
Monitor material levels, geometries, spool wind and surface print quality periodically during the run.
Review and record process conditions as required.
Review work orders, materials, specifications and process requirements.
Test and inspect cables to ensure compliance with product drawing specifications, applicable procedures and order specific notes on Work Order.
Document and verify that cable data is recorded properly.
Label and package product to ensure proper identification and traceability.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in extrusion and/or cable manufacturing experience.
