Permanent position for a General Manager to lead a 20 person specialty industrial fluid management product manufacturer.
Oversee product assembly manufacturing and distribution.
Assume full P&L responsibility and drive performance across operations, sales & marketing, sourcing, and engineering.
Ensure world-class customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth.
Hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership, strategic mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
Own profit and loss performance, with a focus on sustained profitability, cost control, cash flow optimization, and customer satisfaction.
Direct and coordinate all manufacturing operations, including workforce and equipment planning, throughput optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Actively lead and align sales, marketing, and sourcing efforts to achieve strategic goals and revenue targets.
Develop and execute growth strategies that expand the division’s various industry market presence and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans, annual operating plans, and sales, inventory & operations planning.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
BS Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 10 years of hands-on progressive leadership experience with responsibilities in Sales, Engineering, Operations, or Marketing.
Minimum 5 years of mid-market or growth-stage company General Management experience.
Experience with aerospace product or other precision manufacturing is ideal.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment requiring high attention to detail.
Proven strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and results.
