HVAC Air Balance Supervisor – NEBB Certified

Description

Permanent position for an HVAC Air Balance Supervisor to manage and lead the Air Balancing Group on projects in New Jersey and New York City.
Must be a NEBB certified professional who will maintain the NEBB certification.
Perform air balancing, associated mechanical services, and preventive maintenance for customer’s HVAC air handling and terminal flow equipment.
Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of all technicians.
Responsible for completing a comprehensive review of all reports prior to certifying.
Lead, train, and develop the professional growth of technicians.
Air balance various types of HVAC systems, including constant volume, VAV, exhaust systems, and fume hoods.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems relating to airflow.
Prepare complete and organized balance reports.
Assist with providing quotations for projects.
Communicate with client on their projects.
Provide daily time sheets to air balance coordinator.

Must be NEBB Certified Professional High School Diploma or Trade School Graduate required.
Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC Air Handling and Terminal Flow Equipment.
Minimum 5 years of supervising HVAC technicians.
