Description

  • Permanent position for a Support Technician for technical support through phone calls and emails for HVAC products.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues with company products.
  • Provide technical assistance with repairs and maintenance.
  • Process returned goods and provide repair estimates.
  • Document all interactions with customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with technical customer service.
  • Experience with cost estimation for repairs.
  • Experience with Microsoft software products.
  • Experience with ERP systems like Infor is a plus.
