Description

Permanent position for a Land Surveyor.
Perform and draft field surveys and office computations using data collected from site visits.
Responsible for boundary and topography surveys, plans, cross sections, and profiles.
Perform project research of records for deeds, maps, utility information, etc.
Analyze record and field information for boundary line determinations.
Compose and review computations, reports, and plats for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate field monitoring technology.
Perform statistical calculations.
Coordinating the installation and setup of field equipment.
Other related duties as required.

Requirements

High School Diploma.
Land Surveying degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of combined land surveying experience.
Experience with land surveying practices and computations.
General knowledge of land surveying equipment.
Experience working with Leica Scanners and software is a plus.
Experience with AutoCAD 2024, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requires a valid driver’s license to perform field site visits.
