Description
Manufacturing engineering manager for company that manufactures electro-mechanical products.
Responsibilities will include:.
Supervising and leading the manufacturing engineering group.
Establishing and maintaining machine and OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) to minimize downtime and scrap.
Leading lean manufacturing initiatives.
Planning, developing and overseeing engineering projects.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team (chief engineer, manufacturing manager, QA manager, machine supervisor and design engineering manager).
Requirements
BS in engineering or technical field.
Manufacturing engineering experience in mechanical / metals manufacturing.
Supervisory management experience a must.
Strong communcations skills.
