Permanent position for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager leading engineering operations within a high-volume production environment.
Manage engineering project portfolios, prioritizing resource allocation and execution across competing initiatives.
Manage continuous improvement using Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S methodologies.
Manage failure investigation, CAPA execution, and process qualification.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Facilities to improve production performance.
Maximize equipment uptime through maintenance scheduling and forecast capital tooling spend.
Supervise and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
Engineer and refine production methods from pilot through full-rate output across new and legacy product lines.
Develop and monitor KPIs to maintain process control and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
BS in Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
Minimum 5 years directing engineers or running an engineering function.
Experience supporting new product development (NPD), product commercialization, or startup manufacturing environments Demonstrated command of Lean, operational excellence, and manufacturing problem solving.
Track record steering multi-project workloads and cross-team initiatives to completion.
Fluency with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable systems a plus.
Hands-on exposure to process qualification and equipment validation a plus.
