Description
Mechanical design engineer / machine design engineer position for a manufacturing company.
Design equipment using 3D-CAD.
Develop and build prototypes and run tests to evaluate their function.
Record, evaluate and report test data.
Consult and direct fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications.
Analyze. interpret and report data to various teams.
Requirements
BS Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in 3D CAD, SolidWorks would be a plus.
Experience in machine logic programming a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
