Description
Permanent position for a Mechanical Engineer to design of HVAC systems.
Projects for retail, food service, offices, and healthcare.
Create equipment specifications.
Calculate system loads.
Produce drawings for layout and sizing of ductwork and piping, equipment schedules, details and specifications.
Apply mechanical and energy conservation codes for new construction projects and renovations.
Coordinate with clients, team members, and other trades Project design from concept through construction.
Complete pre-design field surveys.
Perform construction phase support, including submittal review, and site visits.
Requirements
BS Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience with MEP design and project management.
EIT or PE preferred.
Experience with AutoCAD.
Experience with Revit is a plus Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
