Description
Permanent position for a Mechanical Engineer to design, install and commission extrusion machinery.
Mechanical design of machinery using SolidWorks.
Design for manufacturing, including pipe flow, thermal analysis, polymer properties and machining operations.
Electrical circuitry design.
Specify equipment for PLCs, timers, relays, valves, thermocouples, temperature and pressure controllers, etc.
Requirements
BS Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years experience with mechanical design and project management.
Experience with machine design.
Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
Experience with electrical circuitry is a plus.
Ability to travel to customer locations 10-15% of the time.
Salary based on experience.
