Permanent position for a Welder to perform consistent and quality weldments in line with the requirements.
Develop processes, fixtures and other relevant requirements for each project.
Complete MIGTIG welding projects according to drawing andor specification requirements.
Read drawings and blueprints.
Develop welding process (steps) to complete all requirements while ensuring the minimum weld penetrate depth is met while eliminating distortion and warpage.
Produce consistently high quality results.
Report daily production numbers against the work orders issued.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Ensure compliance to the prescribed QMS processes.
Requirements
Experience in welding stainless andor aluminum.
Experience in MIG/TIG welding.
Experience measuring parts with various hand tools such as calipers.
Knowledge of processes related to CNC, milling and turning, sheet metal fabrication & heat treatment.
Experience welding steel.
Ability to read & interpret drawings and blueprints.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
