Description
QC Inspector position for a defense contractor company.
Primary responsibilities will include:.
Performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections on mechanical, electrical, and precision-machined components.
Verifying parts and assemblies against drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, and other inspection equipment.
Requirements
Must be a United States Citizen as the work performed is for a defense company.
Experience in defense, aerospace, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001 or MIL-STD requirements.
Basic electrical knowledge or experience inspecting electro-mechanical equipment.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) or advanced measurement tools (CMM, height gauges, etc.).
