Rotating Equipment Manufacturing Engineer

Description

Permanent position for a Lead Engineer to provide support for manufacturing and field service for rotating equipment.
Design rotating equipment systems and components.
Utilize ANSYS for finite element analysis.
Create 3D models using Autodesk Inventor.
Support manufacturing operations and equipment repair.
Provide support to sales and customers.
Review specifications, specify components, and create requisitions.
Recommend repair methods and scope.
Estimate costs to to manufacture and repair rotating equipment.
Lead field service team for equipment installation, commissioning and repair.

BS in Engineering.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience in a manufacturing environment for process equipment production and repair.
Experience with AutoCAD and Inventor.
Experience with ANSYS for finite element analysis.
Experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Minimum 5 years of experience with design and application of rotating equipment.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic system design.
Experience with motors and control systems.
Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Tolerancing and Dimensioning).
