Sales Engineer – Manufacturing Company

Description

Permanent position for a Sales Engineer for sales of industrial equipment, including pumps, compressors, ovens, mixers, conveyors, etc.
Talk to customer locations to understand the customer’s equipment and reliability issues.
Recommend and design equipment solutions.
You will be trained on company products and sent to learn at seminars, courses and trade shows.
Work on and solve interesting engineering challenges for industrial process equipment.
Some travel to customers is expected, usually with one of the company’s outside sales representatives.
Most work will be from the company offices.

BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required Minimum 5 years experience with technical sales for industrial process equipment.
Experience with rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, mixers, conveyors, etc.
Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is a salaried position with a stable, successful 50+ year old company.
