Description
Permanent position for a Senior Architect for design and project management.
Solve problems encountered during architectural projects for mission critical facilities.
Evaluate and select adaptation or modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
Manage and coordinate a team of architects and technicians.
Point of contact with vendors, contractors, and operations team to meet schedule deadlines.
Draft, write and proofread reports and specifications.
Develop budget estimates.
Prepare architectural plans and renderings.
Consult manufacturers.
Evaluate and select materials.
Inspect architectural features.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of architectural experience with NCARB registration.
Ability to design in CAD.
Design ability in Revit, and/or BIM is a plus.
Registration as a licensed Architect is required.
