Permanent position for a Senior Project Engineer Manager accountable for leading multi-team initiatives that combine process redesign, systems build-out, and operational rollout.
Carry programs across every phase — intake and scoping, requirements definition, build, validation, launch, and post-launch resilience.
Convert business needs into actionable engineering roadmaps in partnership with development, operations, and product groups.
Keep engineering, operations, quality, executives, and outside vendors moving toward a shared target.
Maintain the master schedule covering task dependencies, gating milestones, spend, and staffing.
Facilitate architecture walkthroughs, design workshops, and technical decision forums.
Govern verification activity end to end — functional checks, integration passes, and business sign-off testing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
Minimum 7 years of project or program management experience.
Exposure to compliance-driven sectors such as healthcare.
Experience with enterprise-level platforms, system interfaces, and data workflows.
Hands-on history building operating procedures, governance frameworks, and launch-readiness plans.
Experience with technology operations or process engineering.
