Technical Project Manager

Description

Permanent position for a Technical Project Manager for new product development from concept through production.
Define product requirements.
Define product deliverables and ensure requirements are clearly communicated.
Guide projects from early concept through final launch.
Ensure products meet quality, performance, and timing expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
Communicate project status, risks, and decision points.
Prepare and deliver project updates to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet technical feasibility and business needs.

AAS Engineering Technology preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or engineering.
Experience with consumer products, plastics, or hardware development is preferred.
Ability to manage full product lifecycles.
Understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and product constraints.
Ability to communicate complex technical information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with SolidWorks or CREO is a plus.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.
