Water Resources Engineering Manager – Hybrid

Description

  • Permanent position for and Engineering Manager for Water Resources projects.
  • Oversee all phases of wastewater infrastructure projects, including collection, conveyance, and treatment systems for municipal and county utility authorities.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological wastewater processes, hydraulics, and treatment plant design.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and mentoring to engineering staff; foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective project deliverables; conduct technical and economic feasibility studies.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and bid documents.
  • Support firm growth through proposal development, client presentations, and networking.

Requirements

  • BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • PE License required.
  • Minimum 15 years experience required.
  • Prior experience managing engineers is required.
  • Experience managing projects and engineering personnel.
  • Hands-on experience in working on the projects.
  • Prior wastewater experience is preferred.
  • Prior business development experience preferred.
