Other than one’s family and health, the next most important thing in most people’s lives is a job and a career.
In this automated, impersonal age, we still “answer the phone”. We take the time to talk to our clients and job seekers to understand their needs.

Traditionally, recruiters were trusted with balancing two needs:
- The need of employers to find the right personnel they need to run and grow their business; and
- The need of the job seeker to find them a job with the right employer that will further their long-term career.
- This requires the recruiter to thoroughly understand both the needs of the employer and the needs and capabilities of the job seeker.
In recent years, much of this trust has eroded.
- Staffing agencies use off-shore “sourcers” and recruiters who have no idea of the local economy or geography, not to mention the needs of job seekers.
- Staffing agencies send hundreds of emails and texts to candidates who hardly meet the job criteria or location, in the hopes of getting a few to reply.
- Resumes are sent to the employer without ever discussing the job with the candidate, all because of the need for speed.
- Recently, AI bots compile a candidate pool to send emails and texts to. The AI bot can even discuss the job via voice prompts.
We remain traditional “personal relationships” recruiters.
- Although we use state-of-the-art database search tools, we match job seekers to jobs one at a time, based on the most important criteria – technical experience, education, location and career aspirations.
- We never have and never will submit a resume before discussing the job opportunity first.
- All of our recruiters work out of our Parsippany, New Jersey office. We don’t utilize off-shore sources or recruiters.
- We don't use AI bots to engage job seekers.
